Frequently Asked Questions

Before you reach out

Answers to the questions we're asked most often. For anything specific to your circumstances, a confidential consultation is the right next step.

Is this legal?
Yes, Compass International advises exclusively on citizenship pathways that are fully legal and recognized by the relevant government. We do not sell citizenship or passports and we do not facilitate any arrangement outside the applicable legal framework.
Do you guarantee citizenship approval?
No. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority. No advisory firm can guarantee a government's decision and we consider any firm that claims otherwise to be misrepresenting the process. What we do guarantee is a rigorous eligibility assessment and diligent management of your case.
Which countries do you work with?
The specific jurisdictions and pathways available to you are discussed confidentially during your consultation, once we understand your background and objectives. We do not publish this information, in keeping with the discretion our clients expect.
What is the minimum investment?
Compass International's advisory engagements are reserved for clients able to meet a minimum financial threshold of €1,200,000. This reflects the qualifying investment or financial capacity required under the applicable legal pathway — it is not a fee paid to Compass International and not a price for citizenship or a passport. Our own advisory fees are separate and discussed transparently during your consultation.
How is my payment protected?
Where financial arrangements are required, funds are directed through independent, third-party escrow services rather than held by Compass International directly, protecting your position throughout the engagement.
How long does the process take?
Timelines depend on your individual circumstances and the applicable government's processing times. We provide a case-specific estimate following your eligibility assessment.
Is my personal information kept confidential?
Yes. Every engagement begins under a non-disclosure agreement and client information is handled through secure channels and shared only with the specific professionals required to progress your case.
Do you provide legal representation?
Compass International's role is advisory and administrative. Where legal representation is required, we coordinate with independent, qualified legal counsel on your behalf and remain closely involved throughout.
How do I start?
With a confidential consultation. There is no obligation and nothing is shared publicly at any stage of that initial conversation.
